Sales & Returns

All jewelry from Wave Tumbled Creations is handmade and many pieces are one of a kind. Because of the nature of handmade jewelry, all sales are final.

Final sale items include:

• Sale or discounted items

• Custom fit jewelry

• Engraved or personalized items

Custom sized jewelry pieces cannot be returned, exchanged, or resized. In some designs, extenders may be included when possible to allow slight adjustability.

If your piece arrives damaged or there is a craftsmanship issue, please reach out so I can make it right.

Repair Policy

I stand behind the quality of my work.

Beaded Jewelry

Beaded jewelry includes complimentary repairs for up to 1 year if beads or components come loose due to craftsmanship.

Because many materials are natural or limited, exact bead replacements cannot always be guaranteed, but I will recreate the piece as closely as possible to the original design.

Metal Jewelry

Metal jewelry includes a 1 year repair coverage on:

• Clasps

• Findings

• Chain repairs

• Stone settings

Repairs are covered only if the issue is related to workmanship.

This warranty does not cover:

• Extreme wear and tear

• Improper care or storage

• Accidental damage

• Exposure to chemicals or harsh conditions

Please handle jewelry with care.

Custom Materials

For custom orders where customers provide materials such as shells, stones, or other natural items, materials may need to be drilled, shaped, or slightly altered to complete the finished jewelry piece.

By providing these materials, customers acknowledge that alterations may be required during the creation process.

Every effort will be made to handle customer-provided materials with care.

Beaded Jewelry

• Avoid prolonged exposure to water, sweat, and chemicals

• Remove before swimming, showering, or exercising

• Store flat or hanging to prevent stretching

Metal Jewelry (Stainless Steel, Sterling Silver, Gold, Gold Filled)

• Avoid perfumes, lotions, oils, and chemicals

• Store in a dry place when not worn

• Clean gently with a soft cloth

Natural materials such as shells, pearls, and stones may vary in color and should always be handled gently.
